Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
– Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
– Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or disturbances
– Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
– Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance
– Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Skills:
– CPR and First Aid certification required
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and ability to operate surveillance equipment
– Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and practices
– Experience in loss prevention or security preferred
– Ability to remain alert, observant, and focused for extended periods of time
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
