Security Officer Jobs in Dearborn, MI at Fairlane Town Center
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers/tenants and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role
– Knowledge of security operations and procedures
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
– Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Note: Loss prevention experience is a plus, but not required.
