Position Overview
We are seeking a Patrol Supervisor to oversee security patrol operations in Seattle, WA during the graveyard shift. The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site security officers, conducting patrols, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing any security concerns in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support patrol officers during overnight shifts
Conduct site inspections and ensure guards are performing their duties correctly
Train and mentor security personnel as needed
Address and de-escalate security issues and incidents in real-time
Communicate with management and provide reports on patrol efficiency
Ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies
Assist in scheduling and deployment of patrol teams
Maintain professional relationships with clients and property managers
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable supervisory experience in security or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to respond quickly to incidents and make critical decisions under pressure
Ability to move quickly in and out of patrol vehicles and across properties to conduct site checks as required by job duties
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Washington State Guard Card (or ability to obtain one)
Must be available to work overnight (graveyard shift), including weekends and holidays
Experience with incident reporting and security technology is a plus
