Responsibilities & ExpectationsSECURITY OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE
Monitor and manage security systems, conducting daily inspections and ensuring proper key access control.
Collaborate with management to deter theft, investigate missing inventory, and respond to emergencies swiftly and effectively.
Implement Incident Management Programs and ensure all security protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment.
Complete and submit detailed reports on security incidents, inspections, and compliance checks.
Client Experience & Sales Support
Act as a Brent Miller brand ambassador, to deliver exceptional customer service. This is inclusive of greeting clients, offering hospitality, ensuring client needs are met, and providing a safe shopping environment.
Foster positive client relationships by providing a secure, welcoming environment that enhances their shopping experience.
Assist in operational tasks that support the achievement of sales goals while maintaining security standards.
STORE OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and ready for business.
Coordinate with facilities teams to address repair needs and ensure smooth operational flow.
Assist with back-of-house security, ensuring valuable merchandise is protected and inventory controls are followed.
Communicate with the store team to ensure all security and maintenance concerns are addressed promptly.
SERVICE EXCELLENCE & BRAND REPRESENTATION

Act on customer feedback and use it to improve the in-store experience.

EXPERIENCE
Required
HS Diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Previous security experience
Flexibility to work retail hours (evenings, weekends)
Preferred
Security experience in a retail environment
Experience in luxury retail
