Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. If you have a passion for security and protecting others, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
– Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as needed
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry or exit
– Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
– Possession of a valid security certificate/license (if required by state regulations)
– Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
– CPR and first aid certification preferred
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
– Previous experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
