In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills to foster relationships with clients and drive project success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales management and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
Skills
Proven experience in sales management or project management within a relevant industry.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and implement necessary adjustments for success.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
