Full Job Description
“`Duties“`
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
– Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
“`Qualifications“`
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Valid security license/certification is preferred
– Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is an asset
– Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and access control systems
– First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
– Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
