Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals
– Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries or concerns
– Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or breaches in security
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
– Valid security guard certificate/license (if you do not have we will pay to have you acquire license)
– Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Proficient in conflict management techniques
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
