St. Francis Village Retirement Community is 250 acres of spacious, affordable independent retirement living for active seniors 62 and older, just outside of Fort Worth at 4070 St. Francis Village Road Crowley, TX 76036
St. Francis Village is looking for licensed LEVEL 3 competent Security Officers to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. Primary hours are Saturday and Sunday 1 PM to 7 PM. Ability to cover additional shifts as needed is a bonus. Second position Primary hours are Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 8 PM. Ability to cover additional shifts as needed is a bonus.
Officer will be responsible for:
Monitoring the front gate and screen for access by visitors
Monitor premises to prevent theft or violence
Monitor resident activities to confirm compliance with the rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Complete Daily Activity report and Incident Reports as needed
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Requirements:
Current State of Texas Security Officer License Level 3
High school or equivalent degree
Ability to lift 50-pounds, stand, stoop, bend, and sit for long periods of time
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related field
The security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free. The candidate will need to pass a mandatory drug-screen as required by the State of Texas.
