Job Title: Pool/Hotel Security Officer

Join our dynamic team as a Pool/Hotel Security Officer, where your friendly and proactive approach helps create a safe and fun environment for our guests. This part-time, weekend night position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, ensuring a secure atmosphere, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
In this role, you’ll enjoy regular patrols around our pool and recreational areas, maintaining a welcoming space where guests can relax and have fun. Your presence helps quickly identify and address any issues, ensuring that everyone feels safe and comfortable.
As a key point of contact for guests, you will provide clear information about hotel and pool policies and offer assistance whenever needed. Your warm and approachable manner will help maintain a positive atmosphere, making every guest feel valued during their stay.
You will be responsible for kindly enforcing hotel and pool rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Should any issues arise that require further attention, you can request assistance from a manager and, if necessary, escalate matters to law enforcement to maintain our high safety standards.
Team collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with department heads and the General Manager, contributing to briefings and sharing ideas that help improve our guest experience in a supportive and fun environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and while previous experience in a security or hospitality role is a plus, it is not mandatory. A security license is not required, though any additional certifications are welcome. We value strong observational skills, excellent communication, and a positive, can-do attitude.
