Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bank Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s assets, employees, and customers. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. The Bank Officer will utilize surveillance techniques and law enforcement knowledge to maintain a secure banking environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor bank premises using CCTV and other surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities.
Conduct regular security checks of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks associated with theft or fraud.
Provide conflict management support during customer disputes or security incidents.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security measures taken.
Collaborate with bank staff to educate them on security policies and procedures.
Experience .
Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is an asset.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Military experience may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
A valid Perc Card
