Previous experience in Installing Burglar Alarm (Honeywell Etc..),CCTV and Access Control installation and maintenance
Must have basic computer networking experience
Experienced with low voltage cabling
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to climb a ladder for wire pulling and Setting Cameras
Able to work in attics and small spaces (if required)
Must have a full set of technician hand tools (specialized equipment will be provided)
Clean criminal history, be able to pass a background check and be able to pass a drug test
Driver’s License (Required) – Must have a clean driving record
You will be working on Hospital, assisted living and commercial installations of Burglar & Burglar Alarm Systems, CCTV Networked IP cameras, NVR’s, Access Control, and low voltage wiring
Install and program new alarm and security systems from scratch
Install and Network CCTV cameras (Avigilon and Watch Day and Tandy experience a plus )
Install and cable access control panels (experience with Galaxy, Avigilon, Lenel and RS2 a big plus) Programming panels is also a huge plus
Must be experienced with door strike cut-ins for routine adjustments of pre cuts during installations
Run cabling as needed
Install and program burglar alarm panels (Ademco/Honeywell)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.67 – $32.36 per hour
