Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bali. As a Security Officer (Outsource), you will oversee and monitor the security systems and procedures of our assigned properties, including monitoring security cameras, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. You will also collaborate with tenants, clients, and local authorities to maintain safety and coordinate emergency response as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a security officer, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.
Familiarity with security systems, procedures, and local regulations.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High school degree or equivalent; additional certification or training in Security Management is a plus.
Professional appearance and is always well-groomed.
Highly confident, with good presence, able to inspire others.
Enjoys working in a team and able to relate with others.
Pleasant personality; discreet and reliable, supportive and inclusive; demonstrates a balanced sense of caring with the need to meet business needs through people.
Holds a Gada Pratama certification (Professional Security Certification).
Preferably to have an experience working in a hospitality business set-up for at least 1 year.
