Job Title: Off-Duty Law Enforcement Officer – Security Officer

Pay Rate: $32 – $38 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled off-duty law enforcement officers to serve as Security Officers in San Francisco, CA. This position requires professionals with law enforcement experience to provide enhanced security, maintain a safe environment, and respond effectively to potential threats.
Responsibilities:
Provide a visible deterrent to criminal activity and unauthorized behavior.
Conduct patrols (foot or vehicle) to ensure the safety of clients, employees, and property.
Respond swiftly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a professional manner.
Enforce property rules, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain order.
Assist in crowd control and access management when required.
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, local law enforcement, and security teams.
Provide escort services for employees, VIPs, or high-risk individuals when needed.
Requirements:
Active or retired law enforcement officer (local, state, or federal).
Must have a valid law enforcement identification and be in good standing.
Ability to legally carry a firearm while off duty, following California state laws.
Strong situational awareness, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Prior experience in security, private protection, or executive protection is a plus.
Must be professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible shifts available (day, evening, and weekend assignments).
Pay rate: $32 – $38 per hour, based on experience and assignment type.
