Responsibilities:
Ensure Security and Order
Safeguard the security and order of the assigned area, including company assets and individuals within the premises.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure no security threats are present.
Monitoring and Access Control
Monitor and control access to buildings or specific areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Regularly check CCTV systems and other security equipment.
Incident and Emergency Response
Respond quickly to incidents such as theft, fire, or other emergencies.
Prepare written reports for all incidents and events that occur.
Crime Prevention
Identify potential security risks and provide recommendations to management to mitigate those risks.
Coordination with Relevant Teams
Collaborate with other security personnel, police, or fire department when necessary.
Guide employees and visitors regarding safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably has at least 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication skills.
Ability to operate security equipment such as CCTV, metal detectors, and alarm systems.
Analytical skills to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
Certifications
Possess a recognized Gada Pratama Certification.
Basic training in fire handling or first aid is an advantage.
Physical Condition
Excellent physical condition and ability to work in demanding situations, such as standing for long periods or working outdoors.
Free of any criminal record.
Personal Qualities
Disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
