Job Description
As a Security Professional – Media Patrol in Santa Clara, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .
As a Patrol Officer in the Tech/Media/Telecom sector, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to assist in preventing potential issues. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Assist in maintaining a secure environment by being observant and reporting any unusual activities or security-related incidents.
Collaborate with team members and other personnel to address security-related concerns and enhance the overall security posture of the location.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required for positions in the job state.
California Security Professional Guard Card required.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Guard Card/License is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
