Duties:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Operate CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to maintain a secure environment
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities
– Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent loss and protect assets
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Skills:
– Strong observation and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
– Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response techniques
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
