Summary
As a Flex Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties. This position is essential in maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response.
Responsibilities
Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, providing first aid or CPR as needed.
Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations to maintain a peaceful environment.
Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies to protect client assets.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and visitors.
Qualifications
Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
Proven experience in surveillance and loss prevention roles is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is essential.
Background in law enforcement or military experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing environments as needed.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
