Job Description
The Security Officer is responsible for policing hospital facilities.
Providing security checks at front entrance, detaining and questioning.
Responds to fire alerts.
Ability to monitor Close Circuit TV.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
Job Requirements
Previous law enforcement experience preferred.
Previous experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
N.Y.S. Security Officer License, current 8 Hour Annual Security Guard Training Certificate & initial 16 Hour on theJob SecurityGuard Training Certificate.
