This position is to maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues and their properties
Effectively communicate upward, downward and laterally
Perform daily administration of hotel’s key control programme
Effectively enforce hotel’s rule and regulations
Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Health, Safety & Security/ Assistant Security Manager and respond to directions given by any EXCO or Duty Manager
Commitment to the standards of the IMS system in Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental protection
Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements
Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC
