We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in preventing incidents, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of security.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring equipment.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Assist in conflict management and resolution when necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Skills
Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
Military experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
