Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management—especially in the electronic security and fire alarm sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and fire alarm industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Present and demonstrate our security solutions, showcasing their benefits and value.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure competitive, profitable deals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maximize growth opportunities.
Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in electronic security or fire alarm systems.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic security and fire alarm solutions.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus.
Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a growth-oriented approach.
Work Environment: This is an on-site position in Doral, FL.
