Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect security threats and suspicious activities.
Interact with residents, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide access control, check identification, and maintain visitor logs.
Respond to emergencies and incidents by following established procedures.
Complete incident reports and document security-related activities.
Report any safety or security hazards to the appropriate authorities.
May be required to scan incoming packages for tenants or residents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
