Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills in management and operations within our organization. The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various parts of the operation, learning the ins and outs of our business while contributing to our overall success. Ideal candidates will possess a strong interest in leadership, security, and sales strategies. Military and/or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
Duties
Participate in training sessions to learn about company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee duties of Security Officers assigned to posts.
Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the business by meeting with clients to help grow the business.
Develop schedules and post orders to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Gain exposure to security and law enforcement protocols as they relate to business operations.
Experience
Previous experience or certification in Military, Law Enforcement, or Security management is preferred.
Familiarity with Scheduling and Report Writing is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Sales experience or interest is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
