Global Threat Solutions is looking to hire Operators to work at our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for a part time/ on call position. This job will be onsite at our office in Fayetteville, NC. This role requires a team player who can be flexible, able to swiftly change pace, adapts to changing priorities, and is able to juggle a variety of work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and be tech-savvy.
Excellent organization skills with emphasis on multitasking & prioritizing.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Shows ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
Top Tier Customer Service skills to talk with employees and clients.
Professional Demeanor at all times.

Schedule looking to fill:
Night Shifts: 7pm – 7am (12 Hour Shifts)
On Call
Part Time: 24 Hours a week
