– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of all individuals and property.
– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry as necessary.
– Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints from visitors or staff members.

– Previous experience in surveillance, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
– Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting or restraining individuals if required.
– Must pass a Federal Background Check
