We are a private security company, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring the overall success of our business operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can manage teams effectively. Any aviation (LAX) knowledge or experience is highly preferred!!
Duties
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments and meeting operational targets.
Identifying areas for improvement within operational workflows and implementing changes to streamline process.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance against goals, and make necessary adjustments.
Manage project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Create work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operation.
Identifying and resolving operational issues that may arise, including troubleshooting production challenges or addressing employee concerns.
Skills
Strong background in process improvement methodologies.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in supervising diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement necessary changes.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
