Armed Security Officer Duties and Responsibilities:
Patrol an area for any safety or security risks
Prevent unauthorized access to the area and the items within
Respond to reported incidents as necessary
Monitor a closed-circuit television for potential issues
Maintain a log of any activities
Document any visitors to the property
Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary
Armed Security Officer Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Possess a valid California driver license upon hire
Must have and keep a current/valid Guard Card license issued by the State of CA
Must have and keep a current/valid Exposed Firearms permit issued by the State of CA
CPR certification is a plus
Ability to pass a drug test
Reliable form of transportation
Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays
Observational and communication skills
Passsionate about making a difference
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
