Security Officer Downtown Miami Bilingual( English/ Spanish fluently) Jobs in Miami-Dade County, FL at Nation Security of South Florida
Duties:
Perform regular patrols and monitor premises to maintain a safe, secure environment
Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and promote safety
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
Investigate incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed, accurate reports
Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to identify suspicious activity
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and clients as needed
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
Requirements:
Valid security license or certification required
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is strongly preferred
Understanding of loss prevention practices and conflict resolution techniques
Proficient in operating CCTV and other surveillance systems
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure or emergencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
