Job Description: We are seeking proactive and vigilant Security personnel to join our team at The London Bridge Pub.
As a member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and premises. Your presence will help maintain a comfortable and secure environment where everyone can relax and enjoy their time with us.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee the entrance and interior of the bar to prevent unauthorized access and disturbances.
Maintain a visible and approachable presence to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure compliance with venue policies.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks or safety hazards.
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies as they arise.
Escort individuals off the premises when necessary, ensuring a respectful and orderly process.
Collaborate with management, bartenders, and other staff to uphold venue policies and ensure a positive guest experience.
Communicate effectively with patrons and colleagues to resolve conflicts or concerns in a diplomatic manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in security or similar role, preferably within a bar or nightlife environment.
Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
