Job Overview
The East Bay Flex Officer is a dynamic role providing security coverage for call-offs, vacations, and last-minute needs at multiple locations. We are actively hiring for a fixed overnight shift in Alameda and looking for flex officers in Vallejo to provide security services at different sites as needed.
Alameda – Fixed Schedule: Friday & Saturday overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Vallejo – On-call/Flex:
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide professional security coverage at assigned locations
✅ Work at construction sites monitored by our 24/7 SOC (Security Operations Center)
✅ Stay active and mobile throughout shifts, reporting all incidents in real-time
✅ Work closely with site managers, supervisors, and SOC operators
✅ Be ready for last-minute shift requests and travel between assigned sites (Current driver’s license required and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD)
Additional Opportunities:
Premium pay for shifts in Sacramento & Stockton when requested

Qualifications:
✔ Valid California Guard Card (BSIS) – Required
✔ Minimum 2 years of security experience (preferred)
✔ Reliable transportation to travel between sites
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
