Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is seeking a Full-Time Security/Concierge to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our Residents. Arcadia is looking for the right individual for our overnight position. Work Schedule: Full-Time (10pm-8am) 70 hours per Pay Period
This person would be responsible for some light maintenance such as:
Disinfecting high touch areas
Bathroom checks
Trash collection
Carpet cleaning
Changing ceiling light bulbs
Checking fire extinguishers
Checking water temps
Security responsibilities would include:
Safety rounds inside and outside community
Point of contact for fire and other emergency situations
Answer phones for Independent Living residents
Other tasks as assigned
