MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY POSISTION
This is an all exterior position in the Forney area. The responsibility includes monitoring the community pool and ensuring all guests have their access cards / information. The goal is to ensure a comfortable safe environment for the residents of the community.
The 9am to 3pm Officer will open the pool daily for the community.
All pool monitors will have access to a fan, shade, water, sports drinks.
Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm.

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Monitor to join our team. The Monitor will be responsible for overseeing activities in designated areas to ensure safety and security. This role involves utilizing surveillance techniques, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment for all individuals on the premises. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
Responsibilities
Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain vigilance over designated areas to detect any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid or CPR as necessary while coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Document incidents and prepare reports as needed, ensuring accurate records are maintained for review.
Collaborate with security personnel and management to develop strategies for conflict management and prevention of potential threats.
Assist in training new staff on surveillance procedures, emergency protocols, and conflict resolution techniques.
Skills
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous, providing insight into security operations.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail, ensuring a proactive approach to safety and security measures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
