We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities and detect suspicious behavior.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience or certifications in security or law enforcement. Preferred skills include:
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
First aid and CPR certification.
Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems.
Experience in conflict management and de-escalation strategies.
A background in military or law enforcement is advantageous.
Certification in security operations is a plus.
