Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.
The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and are tasked with detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees.

Requirements include:
Previous customer service experience with a WOW factor
Team player, open-minded, willing to work various shifts including weekends
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods in various elements
Availability for part-time day shifts (7am-3:30pm) and night shifts (11pm-7:30am)
Pay rate: $16.25/hour

Qualifications/Requirements
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Licensing as required by state/local laws
Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Flexibility to work at multiple locations and shifts
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
Physical ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds
