As a casual Security Officer – Response/Flex, your role will vary depending on the day and event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Competitive hourly wage of $22/hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees!)

Responsibilities
Monitor premises to ensure security
Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity
Control access points and verify identities
Respond quickly to incidents or threats
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Write detailed reports on events and incidents
Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED documentation
One year of security experience required
Ability to pass an extensive screening process
Quick thinker with adaptability to changing situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour security training (additional trainings can be obtained during hiring)
