Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.
Pay: $21.42 an hour
Paid Weekly!
The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.
Qualifications/Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as per laws.
Must work for multiple clients at various locations, covering shifts as needed.
Availability to work any time and day.
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Have intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology at client sites.
Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing or walking for long periods.
