Job Description
Requirements:
At least 1+ years of security experience
Full-time day shift, paying $21.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 0700 – 1500
Location:
Irvine Area
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. Your primary duty is to provide tenants and guests with superior customer service, understanding and meeting their needs, and assisting with various tasks. You will also perform security duties to ensure a positive experience during entry and exit of the building.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises
Operate access control systems to verify guest registration and log identification
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Pass background checks and drug screening as per legal requirements
Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions
