Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a strong background as private security guard, as well as proficiency in surveillance techniques and conflict management. The Armed Guard will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment while responding effectively to any incidents that may arise.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or other criminal activity.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain constant vigilance over the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate actions.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Be proficient of how to use an iPad, log in systems, and customer service.
Requirements:
Have active the guard card with the Firearm Permit according to the BSIS guidelines; without exceptions.
Have their own equipment including the firearm.
Be hygienic clean, property dressed, we will provide a company shirt.
Be able to hold long shifts, all schedules are fixed.
Know how to use an IPad, admin systems, and customer service.
Speak and understand well English and some Spanish, however Spanish will not be a requirement at all.
PAYMENT $18.00/H CASH, we pay bi-weekly.
