We are in search of a dedicated Security Officer Supervisor with a robust work ethic and an aptitude for making effective decisions under pressure. If you possess the expertise and wish to play an active role in daily operations, this position may be the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Work at least 40 hours a week as well as being on-call to cover open shifts.
Conduct regular site checks to ensure protocols are being followed.
Train officers on report documentation and site-specific duties.
Ensure that all shifts are adequately manned and covered.
Engage and participate fully in day-to-day operations.
Provide consistent professional customer service.
Adapt to changing situations and make rapid decisions in stressful environments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in security or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a 40-hour week, with the possibility of overtime.
Aptitude for working without the need for micromanagement.
Demonstrated ability to perform the duties you will be supervising.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be flexible in availability and “can-do attitude”
Must have great customer skills working under pressure
Must be able to frequently prepare electronic daily activity reports
Standing and walking for extended periods of time
Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
Must have reliable transportation
Security Officer must handle situations efficiently following company’s SOP’s
Compensation and Benefits:
Base hourly rate with an opportunity for overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours.
