Security Officer (Full/Part time/Casual) Jobs in Kapaa, HI at KOI LLC
Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
– Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
– Control access to premises and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
– Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills:
– Valid security certificate/license required
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
– CPR and first aid certification preferred
– Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
– Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations is a plus
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
