In this crucial role, our Security Officers play a pivotal role in safeguarding the safety and security of our customers, staff, and property. As the frontline of defence, you’ll be the first point of contact for any arising issues, engaging in both ad-hoc challenges and daily tasks, ensuring a job filled with exciting variety.
The ideal candidate?A customer-centric individual with a positive attitude, friendliness, and professionalism. Quick thinking is a must, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you love interacting with customers and thrive as a true team player, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Essentials?At least 20 years old, a full NZ driver’s license (or obtainable within a few months), a good credit history for your COA license (which we cover), and basic computer skills. Our Security team operates on a Monday-Sunday rotating roster, so flexibility for both day and night shifts is key.
