Job Description
We are hiring a Security Professional – Unarmed. The role involves conducting unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols within a hospital environment, controlling access and egress, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, composing reports, and deterring criminal activity. Due to the safety-sensitive nature, candidates must submit to drug screening, and a tuberculosis (TB) test and vaccinations may be required.
Schedule: 10am-8pm (Days Vary)
Type: Full Time
Experience: At least 1 year of security experience
Patrol Type: Foot patrol
Pay: $15/hour
Responsibilities
Perform security patrols of hospital grounds, document observations of safety concerns
Assist hospital staff with de-escalation and restraining as necessary
Transport patients, assist with evacuations, and respond to emergencies
Operate alarms, monitor entrances/exits, and investigate incidents
Qualifications (Must Have)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or protective services
At least 18 years old
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Military or law enforcement experience or education
