Executive Summary
Archbishop Moeller is an all-male, Catholic high school (grades 9-12) located in Cincinnati, OH. Founded by the Marianist order of Priests and Brothers, Moeller is a Catholic high school in the Marianist tradition. Moeller strives to educate all students, regardless of ability, in Mind, Body, and Spirit within a Community of Brothers. Moeller is nationally recognized for their House System and continues to be a leader in the integration of technology, celebrating over 20 years as a one-to-one tablet school. Moeller offers a comprehensive, college preparatory curriculum which includes over 30 Advanced Placement/College Credit Plus courses, as well as courses in visual and performing arts, world language, business, and information technology.
Moeller is seeking a full-time director of security to join our dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative faculty and staff. Starting in August 2025, the successful candidate will lead Moeller’s security initiatives.
Selected Duties
Be the lead on handling emergency/crisis situations.
Patrol the school campus.
Manage parking, including parking assignments and management of the lot and parking violations.
Lead security trainings with faculty, staff, and students.
Function as a liaison with local police and fire departments.
Schedule and implement emergency drills in compliance with state standards – fire, tornado, run, hide, fight,
Assist All Saints with traffic flow and make periodic rounds through campus
Assist the school nurse with drug testing.
Manage school vans, including vehicle maintenance and school transportations licenses.
Support several evening events throughout the year, including dances and sporting events.
Qualifications
Candidates will possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
Candidates will have prior experience with law enforcement and/or security. Previous school experience is preferred.

Compensation, Benefits and Hiring
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package including paid vacation, personal days, paid holidays, healthcare, dental, FSA, 401K option with employer contribution, paid lunch program, tuition remission for dependents, and graduate school tuition reimbursement. The position is full-time; contract is effective August 1 with orientation and onboarding.
