Qualifications:
Must hold a valid PERC Card
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekends
Must have the 20hr unarmed basic training certificate
Proficient in CCTV surveillance systems and other security equipment
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Responsibilities:
– Vehicle and foot patrol of premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
– Protect property and assets by implementing security protocols and measures
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches
– Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents promptly and appropriately
– Conduct thorough investigations of any security-related incidents or violations
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security activities
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
