Shift Details
12 Hour shifts with a 3 Day Work Schedule
Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 Years of Age
Prior Corrections, Law Enforcement or Security Experience required
Ability to walk/stand for long periods and work outside in various weather conditions
This is a high-volume position requiring the ability to stay calm under pressure
Two weeks of paid training
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
Conduct regular patrols around the premises and perimeter, with working conditions varying by site
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Must pass background checks and drug screening as per legal requirements
Licensing requirements vary by state and may be needed prior to employment
A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles
