Position: Security Officer Shift: As Needed Starting Pay : $17 per hour base, not including pickup differentials and bonuses

Qualifications:
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
Ability to communicate effectively
Perform simple arithmetic and document legibly
One year’s experience in security preferred but not required

Essential Job Duties:
Make scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents, their property, and company property.
Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
