“`Duties“`
– Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Monitor and authorize entrance of individuals into the property
– Detect and prevent unauthorized activities
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write detailed incident reports
– Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
– Conduct security checks and inspections according to established procedures
– Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
– Enforce property rules and regulations

– Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
– First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
– Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems
– Strong observation and attention to detail skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
