We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Dispatcher to join our team. The Security Dispatcher serves as a critical communication hub, ensuring timely and accurate relay of information between security personnel and external emergency services. This role demands a high level of attention, swift decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple communications channels concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the organization
Maintain accurate records of all incidents and dispatches
Respond to all security-related calls and alarms promptly
Monitor all security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems
Collaborate with management and emergency services to ensure safety and security of personnel and facilities
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Alert security management of any security breaches or concerns
Assist with training of new security personnel
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have an active/valid Guard Card.
Must be at least 18 years old. High School graduate or equivalent.
Must have dispatcher experience
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
