This person will respond to guest and colleague emergencies, and complete incident reports. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Guest
communication
+ Ensure all safety and security policies are followed + Coordinate between other department operations to ensure efficient and high level of guest service + Security rounds throughout property + Incident reporting + Emergency response + De-escalating any guest concerns + Addressing security risks + Overall support of the operation
Qualifications:
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a
fast-paced environment
+ Refined verbal and written
communication skills
+ 1-3 years of security experience preferred + Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances + Must have flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays. Shift time is 11pm-7:30am. _Hyatt is an
